WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN INDIA

 

We offer FREE shipping on every order only within India. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured by facets57, so your purchase is 100% safe.

 

We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.

 

Orders requiring engraving will require additional time than normal.

 

The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require more additional days to deliver or may be not, will coordinate with the insurance & courier company and should inform after. In such a case, it is suggested you write to us.

 

All Indian Packages are shipped via Blue dart or Sequel Logistics.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

The shipping charges for our international customers are charged at the time of order booking and will be shipped to you fully insured by facets57

 

Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All international packages are shipped via Fedex or Sequel. International delivery time may vary due to customs.Therefore, cannot be guaranteed within a time frame.

 

For some shipments delivered outside the India, the importing country may charge an import duty/VAT on top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed.

 

International customers are responsible for any import or customs fees charged by your government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.

 

Packaging

 

Every jewellery package from us arrives at your doorstep in a durable, tamper-proof packing. Whether it is a jewellery, loose diamonds or solitaire, your item is delivered to you in an exclusive Facets57 box along with the relevant certificates.

 

Tracking

 

E-mail containing your package tracking information will be sent after shipment.

Cancellation of Order by User

·          Cancellation of order within 8 hours without penalty, except the 4% Bank Charges.

 

After placing an order, customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as "pending" under Order History. Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 8 Hours of placing an order. For cancelling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email giving your Order Number.

RETURN POLICY

Make sure to contact us at care@facets57.com in case of return so  that we can guide you on how to send the product back where it is 100% secured. Else any damage, product lost or elements lost in the transit form the customer to the company will not be Facets57 responsibility but the value will be completely borne by the customer.

    •       For all Buy-back transactions,Value Added tax at the applicable rate shall be collected from the Buy-Back value.The prevailing rate is 1%.

    •       In case, any coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the Buyback/exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon,Discount or PromoCodes, as applicable

    •       Returns are applicable only on orders shipped within India.

 

DETAILED INFORMATION

Money Back, Buybacks & Exchanges

    •       Engraved Jewellery is not eligible for a Money-back, 15 Day Exchange or BuyBack. Only Life Time Exchange Policy applies.

    •       Once your returned item is received our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item.

    •       Any item that shows the sign of wear or have been altered,resized(by a Jeweller other than the company), or damaged cannot be accepted for 15 days money back/ exchange/ lifetime exchange

    •       Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice for all exchange within the 15 Day Money Back period.

    •       In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the solitaire/jewellery to the Lab for recertification. The shipping and certification cost shall be borne by the customer.

    •       The money back amount will be 100% of actual amount paid. The prevailing market value will be determined by the company. In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.

    •       In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the Buyback/exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.

    •       In case of a refund on 15 days Money-back, payment of the refund amount shall be done by the way of an online bank transfer to the customer's bank account within the 10 days of receipt of product. If the mode of the payment is through online debit/credit cards/net banking, the refund will be processed by reversal of the previous transaction.

    •       In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchase

    •       For all Buy-Back transactions, Value added tax at the applicable rate shall be collected from the Buy-Back value. The prevailing rate is 1%

    •       In case of lifetime exchange, the product’s current value of metal, diamonds and coloured stones with product specifications will be determined by the company.

    •       This feature is not available for International Orders(Orders that will be shipped abroad from India)

 

Resizing & Repairs

    •       In the event you want to resize your ring, the company will resize the ring free of cost except in certain cases where resizing is not possible.

    •       If the resized ring costs more than the existing ring, the incremental cost shall be borne by the customer

    •       If the resized ring costs less than the existing ring,the differential amount shall be refunded to the customer.

    •       In case of a refund, the payment of the balance refund amount shall be made by way of an online bank transfer within 10 days of dispatch of the resized product.   

•       If for some reasons, your product needs to be repaired, the company shall repair/replace the product for charges to be determined on a case to case basis.

    •       Shipping charges under Repairs & Resizing policy shall be borne by the customer.

    •       This feature is not available for International Orders(Orders that will be shipped abroad from India).
