We offer FREE shipping on every order only within India. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured by facets57, so your purchase is 100% safe.


We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.


Orders requiring engraving will require additional time than normal.


The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require more additional days to deliver or may be not, will coordinate with the insurance & courier company and should inform after. In such a case, it is suggested you write to us.


All Indian Packages are shipped via Blue dart or Sequel Logistics.




The shipping charges for our international customers are charged at the time of order booking and will be shipped to you fully insured by facets57


Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All international packages are shipped via Fedex or Sequel. International delivery time may vary due to customs.Therefore, cannot be guaranteed within a time frame.


For some shipments delivered outside the India, the importing country may charge an import duty/VAT on top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed.


International customers are responsible for any import or customs fees charged by your government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.




Every jewellery package from us arrives at your doorstep in a durable, tamper-proof packing. Whether it is a jewellery, loose diamonds or solitaire, your item is delivered to you in an exclusive Facets57 box along with the relevant certificates.

Cancellation of Order by User

·          Cancellation of order within 8 hours without penalty, except the 4% Bank Charges.


After placing an order, customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as "pending" under Order History. Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 8 Hours of placing an order. For cancelling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email giving your Order Number.
